It all began in the early 1900s when William Orosz, Sr. laid the foundation for his real 
estate legacy in Royal Oak, Michigan. Despite confronting adverse economic conditions, 
he persevered, demonstrating unwavering determination and resilience, and transformed his business into a resounding success.

The Move to Central Florida

His only son William Orosz, Jr. shared a passion for the family business and continued in his father’s footsteps. In the 1980s, Orosz, Jr. relocated to Orlando, assuming the role of President at Catalina Homes. Under his visionary leadership, the company flourished, constructing over 1,200 homes annually and generating hundreds of job opportunities that invigorated the local economy. In 1991, Orosz, Jr. embarked on his own entrepreneurial journey, founding Cambridge Homes, a company he led for the next 14 years, ultimately ascending to become one of Central Florida’s most prominent private homebuilders.

The Central Florida Homebuilding Legacy Continues

The enduring Orosz Family legacy in the homebuilding industry continued to evolve. In 2011, Orosz, Jr. joined forces with his three sons to establish Royal Oak Homes, carrying forward the tradition of delivering award-winning homes and exceptional customer service to the Central Florida community. Their visionary leadership earned Royal Oak the coveted titles of “2014 and 2015 Fastest Growing Homebuilder in the Nation” by Builder Magazine.

Subsequently, in 2017, the Orosz family introduced Hanover Family Builders, a company that rapidly rose to prominence and was recognized as “Central Florida’s Fastest Growing Company” in 2020 by the Orlando Business Journal. Hanover Family Builders amassed numerous accolades in the homebuilding industry, constructing over 3,000 new homes for families in the region.

With their extensive legacy in the homebuilding industry as the backdrop, the Orosz Family proudly unveiled Trinity Family Builders in 2024. As Central Florida’s newest and most exciting homebuilder, they remain steadfast in their commitment to crafting exceptional new homes and fostering vibrant communities, dedicated to the growth and well-being of your family. The company’s very existence is a purposeful testament to their unwavering focus on you, the customer, and the community.

Beyond their exceptional homes, the Orosz Family Foundation has been a beacon of philanthropy, contributing over $15 million to charitable initiatives in the realms of education, medical research, and the arts. Notably, they recently acquired and funded Cristo Rey Orlando High School, part of a network of college and career-preparatory schools that exclusively serve low-income students from underserved communities by providing a quality education and valuable work experience.
