NEW CHAPTER, SAME LEGACY - OROSZ FAMILY LAUNCHING THEIR 4TH NEW HOMEBUILDER IN CENTRAL FLORIDA- TRINITY FAMILY BUILDERS

Central Florida, May 16, 2024 – On May 15th, Trinity Family Builders proudly announced the Grand Opening of its first model center in Groveland at their first community Trinity Lakes at US 19 and Lake Emma Road.
Trinity Family Builders is the Orosz Family’s 4th new home builder start-up in Central Florida beginning with the launch of Cambridge Homes in 1991. Cambridge was sold in 2005 to bring K. Hovnanian to Orlando. Royal Oak Homes was launched by Steve and Matt Orosz in 2011 with industry legend Colby Franks managing operations. Within 2 years, the company was ranked as one of the fastest growing homebuilders in the country before being sold to a AV Homes in 2014. In 2017, the senior leadership team was joined by Andrew Orosz to start Hanover Family Builders. Hanover Family Builders was sold to Landsea Homes in 2022.
Building upon this rich heritage, Trinity Family Builders emerges as Central Florida's newest and most vibrant homebuilder. The company will begin with 6 communities initially, but will be selling in 18 communities by the summer of 2026 delivering over 800 homes annually with an average price point of roughly $450,000. Andrew Orosz, Executive Vice- President of Trinity Family Builders remarked, "We are thrilled to be entering a new chapter, while still embracing our history within the Orlando housing market. As part of enhancing the community, the family is proud to be the founding donor of the new Cristo Rey High School starting in 2025. Cristo Rey Orlando will be a 500 student, non-profit, private high school targeting underserved students in the Oak Ridge area with a unique work/study education model and rooted in Catholic traditions. In total, the team behind Trinity Family Builders has donated over $15 million to causes related to the arts, medical services, education and Christian ministries that directly benefit Central Florida.
